INSTRUCTIONS
Quick Creme Fraiche
1-1/2 cups heavy cream (12 ounces)
1/2 cup sour cream (4.25 ounces)
2 TB sugar (1 ounce)
In a large mixing bowl place all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Beat just until soft peaks form when the beater is raised or until it mounds when dropped from a spoon.
