      DESCRIPTION
      Paula's Sour Cream Butter Biscuits

      SUMMARY
Yield 0 Source This recipe is based on Paula Deen's Sour Cream Butter Biscuits from her book, "The Lady & Sons, Too." File under biscuits, muffins, Quickbreads, scones

      INGREDIENTS
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, unsalted
      1 cup sour cream
      2 cups self-rising flour

Have butter and sour cream at room temperature.

      INSTRUCTIONS
      Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine flour and butter, then sour cream. (I like to lightly mix by hand by making a well in the flour and mixing in the butter and sour cream). Shape into balls according to size biscuit you want. Bake until medium brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
