Dan's Food Processor Pizza, With Instant Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS
580 Grams K/A Bread Flour
22 Grams Olive Oil
6 Grams Kosher Salt
20 Grams Sugar
1-1/2 Cups 65 DEGREE Water
4 Grams INSTANT YEAST
Place all dry ingreadiants in Food Processor, Pulse 20 Seconds
With Processor running, Add Oil,& Water Mix 25 Seconds, Remove to lightly floured table, Knead slightly, make a ball. Proof 3 Hours
Divde to as many Pizzas as you like, this will make 4 10 inch Pizzas. Bake 450 degrees, 3 minutes Remove from oven cool on rack, Then you may refridgerate, or freeze, or dress and put back into oven 6-8 minutes, or done to your likness.
