2 1/2 cups water
1 Tbs. yeast
1/4 cup honey or sugar
6 - 7 cups flour *
1 Tbs. salt
1/4 cup margarine
*I frequently decrease the flour 1/4 cup and add 6 tablespoons of potato flakes.
My Breadman will accommodate this amount of flour, making two loaves.
Add ingredients into bread machine in order designated by manufacturer. Set for "dough" cycle and start.
When machine reaches "rising" stage, remove dough from ABM and place in bowl to rise, covering with plastic. Let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down and divide into two portions. Shape into loaves and put in greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 pans. Let rise again.
When dough is almost double in bulk, bake 30 - 35 minutes at 375 - 400 F. or until done. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
