Chocolate Pudding Cake w/ NO flour

Butter a shallow 2-quart baking dish and coat with a bit of granulated sugar.
Preheat oven to 350º.
6 large eggs, separated, room temperature
1/2 cups. sugar
6 oz. semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Beat egg yolks and sugar until light.
Whisk in chocolate.
Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
Whisk 1/3 of the whites into the chocolate mixture. Then fold in the rest.
Pour into baking pan. Set in roasting pan and pour in boiling water to depth of about 1".
Bake 25-35 min just until puffed up and center of cake still moves a bit when jiggled.
Cool to room temp, dust with confectioner's sugar and serve from pan.
