Hi BA and anyone else who wants to chime in.

I've noticed that you order from Vita Cost quite a bit. I have questions. They carry the bone supplement I use and it's the same price as Amazon which I avoid using as much as possible. I can also get the BRM medium grind cornmeal. What are the pros and cons. Do you have to pay a subscription? I tried a subscription with Thrive a while back, but whatever I needed was never in stock.

      Thanks!

        Hi,

I like them. I try to order a bunch at one time because over a certain amount is free shipping. Also, when I ordered from them more frequently they sent me lots of good coupons.

I haven't ordered any supplements from them, but I know there are some supplements available from Azure Standard.

            Thank you Aaron and Mike.

Mike, I have a particular brand I've been using for a few years that I originally got at the local health food store. There are not many places that carry it, especially in the larger size and Vita Cost does. I've had to increase my dosage as my hip has just gone over the edge to osteoporosis. This brand at a lower dosage took care of my spine, on the last scan and my most recent. So we're trying this before medications.

I love Vitacost. If you order $49 worth, then shipping is free. They also ship fast. I usually have the order within a couple of days. As Aaron notes, they also have coupons and specials when you get on their email list. They just sent me a 20% off When they have other promotions, they allow you to stack the savings. So, if they are having a 20% off of food and drinks and 15% off of Bob's Red Mill, they let you have both discounts.

My only issue is that I've had a couple of boxes where an item broke open. The last time, it was a bag of milk powder. However, I notified them online, and they quickly sent a replacement. I've even order almond butter and maple syrup from them, and the glass jars were well wrapped and arrived undamaged.

So, by all means order from them. They are one of the best deals out there.
