Tartar Sauce

So much better than the basic plain mayo version. Truly excellent on hamburgers.
Yield: 1 and 3/4 cups

1 cup mayo
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire
Dash Tabasco
1/4 cup minced dill pickle
1/4 cup minced Italian parsley
2 Tbs. minced shallots
2 Tbs. capers, chopped
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Mix all and refrigerate until use. Keeps for a few days.
