INSTRUCTIONS
Stuffing:

one pkg brown and wild rice with a chicken boullion cube added while cooking
dash of thyme
1/2 c cooked ground sausage
1/8 c sauteed onions
as many mushrooms as you want, also sauteed

4 cornish game hens

Combine ingredients and stuff the game hen. Cook hen according to wrapper directions. Takes about 1 hr. and 15 min. We have even trussed the backends of them and cooked them over an open campfire covered with a lid or tinfoil--gourmet camp cooking!
