Persimmon Cookies
1/2 cup persimmon pulp 1 cup Crisco 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. cream of tartar 2 eggs 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup nuts
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min.
