      Nut flour mini muffins

      1/2 cup brown sugar twin
      1/2 cup splenda
      2 large eggs
      1 stick softened, salted butter
      1/2 cup almond flour)
      1/2 cup pecan flour) these two can be substituted with any flour combination of your choice
      1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

      Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients and fill greased mini muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake about 15 minutes or until done in center. A nut half on each muffin makes a nice garnish.
