The selections should have reference centigrade or fahrenheit units. I was correct but mainly by accident.

I did not get it correct. I've never used a thermometer to see what temperature warmed up leftovers have reached. We use the microwave.

I'm surprised by the correct answer. Like BakerAunt, I rely on the microwave for leftovers and have always assume all would be well.

My guess is this is one recommendation that is seldom followed in most homes.
