I'm making a small batch of tomato relish, might be the last one for the season, production is slowing way down and cold weather is in the forecast for later this month.

No idea on supper plans for today yet, though.

I made salmon patties for dinner on Sunday, which we had on the rolls I baked, along with a slice of the large, delicious Dester Indiana tomatoes. We also finished the last of the pasta-vegetable salad.

I made a stir fry consisting of green beans, cauliflower, carrots and broccoli, smoked sausage and shrimp. Had it with rice. It was pretty good.

We wound up doing tuna melts last night, with a combination of Havarti and Swiss cheese. Yum.

We had salmon patties on buns, with Dester Indiana tomato slices atop the patties. We also had microwaved fresh broccoli from the farmers market--the first of the fall season.

I purchased some Rana butternut raviolis filled with caramelized onion. I cooked the raviolis per the directions and served them topped with Gazebo dressing and cubed leftover chicken. The raviolis have more squash than onion in them and you didn't need many to feel full. Now I have to figure out what to do with the rest of them since they were a Costco 2 pack. Note to self: don't buy something just because it's on sale!

Last night I had leftovers of ribs, sausage and coleslaw, tonight I had a grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup.
