      DESCRIPTION
      English Pea Salad

      SUMMARY

      INGREDIENTS
      1 can LeSueur very young small Sweet English Peas, drained
      1/2 cup Onion, chopped
      1 Egg, hard boiled
      1/3 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
      1/4 cup Mayonnaise (approximately)
      Pimento, drained and chopped (optional)
      Sprinkling of Seasoned Salt

      INSTRUCTIONS
      Drain peas and mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
