Today I wanted to change things up with chicken so I seasoned a boneless chicken breast, chargrilled on both sides then cut in strips and put in my roasting pan,on top of that I poured a large can of cream of chicken soup then poured a little water in skillet to get the bits off pan poured this on chicken mixed in a little and baked for almost 2 hours.We had rice and green beans same old sides but the chicken was very good easy.My cake that I made yesterday was very good and moist.
I made 15 minute butter garlic ramen with spinach and a fried egg. Can you tell I need to go shopping tomorrow?
It was 'fend for yourself' night here, so I had some salad from the slim pickings in the Aerogarden and a sandwich.
Tonight I made sheet pan fajitas with chicken sausage and farro and I have dinner for the next couple of nights.
Tonight we had sirloin steak with sauteed mushrooms and a baked potato.
I cooked dry baby lima beans tonight after they were half done I added in deer sausage we ate these over rice and tomato gravy.
We had Philly cheesesteaks.
I had pasta with a veggie meat sauce and a salad.
We had leftover chicken with rice-n-gravy, macaroni salad and peach cobbler.
I'm using leftovers to make lima bean soup.
We had beef stroganoff on toast.
Dinner was ham steak, potato salad, and asparagus from the freezer. Only 2 months more before I see 2022 spears coming up in the garden!
We had rotisserie chicken and potato salad (from a Walmart) and microwaved fresh broccoli after we arrived home and unpacked the car, having returned from my younger stepson's wedding in Colorado.
Glad ya'll had a safe and good trip BakerAunt and all went well.
We had taco salad tonight.
