Sauerkraut Salad

1 - 1lb 11 oz can sauerkraut (2 lb jar)
3/4 C sugar (2 Cup)
1 C diced celery (2 Cup)
1 C diced green pepper
1/4 C diced onion (1/2)
3 T vinegar (7)
1/2 t salt (1 1/4 t)
1/8 t pepper
1 t celery seed
3 t diced pimento

The amounts in parentheses are if you want to make more.

Marinate 24 hours.
