INSTRUCTIONS
3 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp anise
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp honey
1 cup superfine sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
