I made a steak in the air fryer, sautéed onions and mushrooms and had a half of a baked potato.

Tonight I had more of the chicken noodle soup, thanks Len on my dishes from when we were married in 1971 still use what I have left today.I love green!
Navlys the pork sounds good. My husband loved for me to cook cubed pork because it's so tender but like you it makes a mess on the stove.
Tonight I had a salami with tomato and provolone cheese sandwich and yogurt .
I made a small pot of chicken noodle soup will have enough for a couple more meals.

Thanks for all the comments on my trip! I went today with my cousin to pay the property taxes grrr.So while we were in town we had Mexican!
I have been so busy with my family but had a wonderful time in Texas. I got home yesterday afternoon and chilled out. I had to go get some groceries so tonight I had rotisserie chicken, salad and cheese sticks.
We had hamburgers today from a local restaurant my son likes, very good.,
