My son made chocolate souffles today and had 4 egg yolks left over, so I made a double batch of pastry cream.
We'll figure out something to do with them.
We had leftover pork tenderloin and muddled mashed potatoes with microwaved frozen mixed vegetables, as well as more of the applesauce.
