Erin's Mother's Coffee Cake

Ok, normally I would NEVER use a mix...but, this coffee cake is so delicious and everyone raves about it. I begged my friend's mom for the recipe and almost died when I saw the list of ingredients. It is super simple and very, very tasty!

2 C graham cracker crumbs
3/4C chopped nuts
3/4C brown sugar
1-1/4t. cinnamon
3/4C marg or butter, melted
1 pkg. moist yellow cake mix

Include ingreds for cake mix.

Vanilla Glaze

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease oblong pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and 3/4C butter; reserve. Make cake mix as directed. Pour approx 2-1/3 C batter into pan, sprinkle with about 2 C crumb mixture. Pour remaining batter into pan, sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake until cake springs back 45-50 mins. Cool, drizzle with glaze.

Vanilla Glaze: 1 C powdered sugar, 1-2T water until desired consistency.
