YEAST BREAD: Buttermilk Cheese Bread

Another recipe from the DAK bread machine book.

2 tsp. yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup buttermilk (room temp)
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup grated cheese (I like sharp cheddar)

If you're going to bake in a bread machine, select white bread setting.
