I just received an e-mail from Sur la Table that today is National Bundt Day. I wish that I had known earlier; I'd have baked a Bundt cake. However, we need to finish up those large Harvest Moon cookies first, and then, because we are doing our family Thanksgiving this weekend, I need to bake pumpkin pie later this week.
