Lemon Nut Cookies

INSTRUCTIONS
2 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except pecans. Beat on low speed, scraping bowl often, for 3 mintues. Stir in pecans. Drop onto cookie sheets and bake for~9 1/2 minutes.
