      DESCRIPTION
      Baker's Cinnamon Filling

      SUMMARY

      INSTRUCTIONS
      Cinnamon Smear

      1/4 c butter
      1/2 c white sugar
      1/2 c brown sugar
      1/4 c flour or 2-3 T Cleargel
      2 T light corn syrup
      4 tsp cinnamon
      1 egg beaten

      Mix all ingredients together except the egg. Then add egg. This should be enough for two loaves of cinnamon swirl bread.
