Pillsbury Bake-Off Recipe Oatmeal Raisin Rounds

INSTRUCTIONS
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cups Raisins
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
Sift together, flour, baking soda and salt. Cream the butter and gradually add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in the oatmeal, raisins and walnuts. Shape into teaspoon sized balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Slightly flatten the cookies with a glass dipped in flour.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 5 dozen
