Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Instructions
1 pound Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Trim Brussels sprouts and cut in half lengthwise.
Put in a bowl, add other ingredients and toss or stir to coat the sprouts.
Roast with the cut side face up for 20-25 minutes in a 375 degree oven. It's OK if the bottom leaves turn a little brown, they're actually very tasty that way but might not be as presentable.
Thank you for posting this, I just love roasted veggies and in particular these little guys. Is there a way to save this for quick retrieval?
