Here is an oldie but still a favorite of ours:

Pistachio Salad (Watergate Salad)

(1) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
(1) large Cool Whip
--Mix the above 2 items together.

Add in: (1) large can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, juice and all
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix all together well and let stand overnight so flavors meld together well.
