Fruit Dip...AKA Cream Cheese Dip
2 C Marshmallow Cream
8-oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 T Orange Rind
Dash of Ginger, optional but goodGradually add marshmallow creme to softened cream cheese. Mix well. Add the orange rind and ginger. Whip until fluffy. Serve with fresh fruit.

Bananas
Pears
Strawberries
