When I was getting the various bags of bones out of the freezer, today, I noticed that the freezer drawer was not closing tightly on the right side. I thought maybe something was caught, but it soon became apparent that I would need a consultation with my husband. He was also unable to get it closed. We had noticed last week that frozen yogurt on that side was softer than that on the left side, so it has probably been leaking cold air for at least that long. At the moment, we have towels stuffed around the openings to keep the air in.

We watched a YouTube video, which suggests that the wire drawer on the bottom is out of alignment. We will try to fix it tomorrow, although we may want to find a different video, as the guy was using a go-pro head camera, and I was getting vertigo from the sharp turns.

Has anyone else had this issue? Our other refrigerator has a swing door, and that is what I wanted on this newer one (7 years old), but they only made drawers.

Any suggestions before we tackle it tomorrow would be appreciated.
